I use a three phase electricity meter in my house.Since the recent floods, there was feeble or no current in the phase 3 which led to fusing of two bulbs and a fan, I have been calling the tamilnadu electricity board everyday since November 11th.They said they will check out and the problem will be resolved but nothing happened.After calling the tneb complaint number 1912 for almost 4 days, they sent out an electrician.The person who came to resolve the problem transferred current from phase 2 to phase 3, but still the air conditioners are not working with that.The electrician said another person will come the next day to replace the burnt wire in phase 3, but no one came.After calling the tneb again for two consecutive days, another electrician named Damo came to verify whether the connection transferred from phase 2 to phase 3 was by the tneb.He was very rude and he left before I reached home on 17th November at 10:30 P.M . I only asked him to wait for 5 minutes as I almost reached my house but he refused saying that he will send another person the next day morning to change the burnt wire but no one came. And I am still complaining after two days with tneb complaint number, and still no one is coming to resolve the problem.How long am I supposed to wait for the people in tneb to come and change the burnt wire and fuse.Is this why im paying my electricity bills for?
