Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [Tneb] — advance payment paid but not credited /

Service number 07'[protected] /hannah boswell/ millerpuram, tuticorin - 628008- paid advance payment rs.1500- on 16-5-18 at 8;35am. Tmb net banking, after paying the regular bill amount. I got the receipt for the bill amount only. The advance payment rs 1500. - not yet credited to account. But the tmb message says,
"your shopping mall payment to tangedco with ref. No. 11525125 for rs.1500 done successfully at 8;35 am - may 16 2018"
Please credit the advance payment rs.1500, to my service account, svd652..
[May 17, 2018] Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
