Problem : amount 6695 inr is debited from hdfc credit card by transaction failed notified in tneb portal.
Consumer no:[protected]
I paid my bill via tneb portal online. The amount of 6695 inr is debited from hdfc credit card but “transaction failed” notified in tneb portal, still in portal its shows the balance to be paid is 6695 inr. The transaction number is "tnebnet1140712". I called hdfc credit card customer care agent they told me within 3 days of time the amount will be credited to tneb account. The complaint no of hdfc phone banking is [protected]. I tried calling tneb customer care could not reach you. So i’m launching a complain on the above issue to resolve the issues and guide me to go further.
Note: my due date for payment is[protected]. Reply me/ solve the above mentioned issue at the earliest.
