Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Arrears Charges | |||
Hi, Ref. with my Conn no: 241/031/431, i received the current consumption charges mail on Jan 3, 2017. When I login into my account the last date of payment was[protected]. If i am going to pay the arrears charges Rs. 60 will be adding automatically. I went to our EB office (Alandur), they said we cannot do anything and you have to pay with arrears. I checked with customer care support, they checked and explained about the scenario Our EB person updated on Jan 3, 2017 only. So you got the notification mail on same day. Same previous payment also i did with arrears only for the same reason. This is second time, how I can pay. I did not make anything wrong. I am properly paying bill on time. Kindly resolve this issue and let me update the exact bill without arrears. Was this information helpful? | |||

O[protected]...Dear Sir Plz Come And CHECK The Above Eb Meter...Bcoz In This Eb Meter It Should Be Using Highly_Current..Bt The Amount Is Paying Very Low Only..So Plz Kindly Come And CHECK The Eb Meter..
