[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Average shortfall is very high for covid 19 lockdown period

How to calculate this average shortfall?
I pay every month bill following the meter reading... lockdown period my salon is closed for two months so that time meter reading is zero but I pay bill for your tariff... so please cancel this average shortfall bill...
