This month's electricity bill includes a previous bill (5/17) amount which has already been paid and the system is not accepting this month's payment alone (As there is no any any previous dues) i tried paying online and in eb office, i also tried to solve the issue by meeting the officials which was not solved
Kindly look into it and solve the issue as today (31/1/18) being the last day for paying kindly make necessary arrangements to accept my payments for this month without fine or other charges
