We had a power supply failure on 26/06/2017 registered a complaint ([protected]) on 27/06/2017 in tangedco portal as well to the respective eb office located at jothi nagar, thiruvottiyur, chennai - 19.
Eb staff attempt to fix but told us the cable is faulty so temporarily fixed the problem by taking supply from the neighbor home. Till now no single attempt or action taken to identify the fault in cable and do permanent fix. When we engage the staff, response is poor. Seems they're not interested in resolve the problem.
