This is to bring to your kind notice that the common phase in our below mentioned flat is not working since yesterday night. We are unable to use the common phase to put motor & use the light due to it. We request you to do the needful asap & help us.

I have taken this premises on rent since August -2017. Average consumption for all billing pd is 300 units. But suddenly for april and may month it increased to 530 units which is not possible because in may month nobody was there for 20 days. It seems some error in meter readings
