Not able to access my tneb service through online.
I have maintained my eb service through online. Recently for 6-7 months period i am not able to access or check my eb service account summary through online. I have received the message as "services are temporarily not available"

What is the meaning for this message?
What steps i have to taken for access my eb service through online?

Our eb service no ish[protected]. Our meter is not not working for about two months. But our meter is not yet replaced .we paid highest consumption amount. Due to winter season, our consumption is very low. Hence, I request early replacement of meter
