There was a wrong entry by the dept. Personal in the above service connection no. For the last month. They have charged me rs.18939, by entering a wrong reading of 3060; whereas the actual consumption is only 30 units for la1a tariff. I have complained about this to the concerned ae, in medavakkam on 2nd august 2018.
The last date to pay the bill was 9th august 2018.
He says that he has reported this matter to the higher ups for the necessary corrections on 6th august.
Now when i logged to my account on-line, i found dc/late fee and other charges totalling to rs.2962, in addition to the earlier charges of rs.18939.
The total amount shown now is: rs.21901;
I kindly request you to look into this matter and rectify the wrong entry.
Your early action will be highly appreciated.
I can't go daily to the concerned ae office in medavakkam, due to my health condition.

I am living in Zam Zam Apartments venkatesapuram main road kottivakkam chennai.
In our area continuous power failure happening and also low voltage problem.
Every time it is taking long time to resolve the power failure issue temporarily.
Kindly take necessary action to resolve the issue permanently.
