Our Consumer no is[protected]R.RAJU) we are having issues with the bill for the past 4 months (from January 2018). We have facing the problem with EB meter SPEED RECORDING, more than we consume, due to that we are charged extra every bimonthly (we are consuming less units but paying more amount). Please do the needful and clarify the problem.
