I never got our EB connection disconnected once for any reason till now for past 25years.
But while I try to login TNEB portal, error shows - "Service Connection not live".
For past 4months our EB meter readings was incorrect/faulty and it was informed to concern local EB dept. but till now nothing happened/neither they pay visit once to our home to have look on it.
I have attached proof copy of meter misreadings for your kind consideration.
I kindly request you to carry out a test on the meter at my home and solve this faulty meter issue asap...
Also I request you to find out "why our service connection is not live" and advice me what to do further to get registered in TNEB Portal which is mandatory for payment related things.
