Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Fraud detected in my apartment by passing EB meter

This is a resident of plot 59/60, Sri sai homes apartments.
In 2nd Street dhenugambal nagar madambakkam chennai-600126.
As a resident of the appartment we are watching a house since a long period of time (5 years). One day a election to my appartment to house G4 in appartment and changed a wiring backside of the Government EB meter. And after that they are running Ac all the time hole day but their current bill is 200 rupees and some time 35 rupees this is really worse that any one can ever imagine. So I request you to check their EB meter. This a request I already submitted this complaint many times atleast solve now.
