Here, i am registering a complaint on behalf of the vengalapuram phase, tirupattur. There is a frequent power cut in this phase without any prior notice. The person on this department is not responding for the details of power cut properly. The other phase has proper current facility but only in the velan nagar the provision of power is not proper. We reside in kallikuppam.cosumer no[protected].eb bill not updated reading taken on 3.6.18. other houses in our flat has their bill updated. what has to be done?

Mylapore new street. Only few houses facing power fluctuation. Pls help
Power got disconnected at 12:30 pm and waiting till now at 9:30 pm at Mannarai, Tiruppur. I do not know where is the maintenance at this time.
