I am a tenent @ house no.5-102 (1), 8th street, annanagar, k. K. Valasai, tenkasi - 627 803, with eb no. Sc 1794.
It was reported by the official taking reading last month (January 2018) that the meter is not working properly and the reading are not visible. So, he said that he will put an average bill value. But while checking for payment, it was noted that average was not noted but the highest rate in the past 6 months was noted.
It is brought to your kind notice that the value of eb bill is on decreasing rate for the past 6 months and the average will never come around 7000.
Again this is the same case during this month also. When enquired to the official taking reading, he said that he had registered last month itself and it will take long time for my turn. Till then i have to pay this amount or else i have to go to office and buy one.
Sir, when our consumption is less, and the mistake is that the meter is not visible properly, which is not our mistake, we are paying almost double time of the consumption.
Please do the needful to set our meter right. Also, intimate whether once the meter is replaced, can the extra amount paid by us can be calculated and replaced. Was this information helpful? |
