In our flat for the last 3 three days electricity is sometimes coming high voltage and sometimes coming in low voltage. Due to this fluctuations, we are unable to operate of water pumps and other electrical items in our flat mainly due to repair of transormer in the nearby nandhini sweets factory outlet, i request you to taken necessary immediate action in the matter

My Electricity service no [protected] and residing Chromepet, chennai. Meter reading taken on 24.8.2017 but bill amount not shown in online Account so i am not able to pay bill amount through online. I could not make any compliant through my online account. Kindly resolve the issue.
