I have paid tneb bill online yesterday. I have cancelled the first transaction because of network issues.. My second transaction came success.. But the first transaction which got cancelled have deducted the amount from my account.. I need my money back. I have paid tneb bill.. So i am here to complaint about the cancelled transaction debited the amount from my account. Kindly return back my money.

The cancelled transaction generated receipt number as PGDINB1523481, service number[protected], time: SEP 17, 2018. 12:00 tamilnadu electricity board, Katpadi.

Hello sir/madam i paid my bill through online my service number is [protected] amount eas debited from my account but transaction of bill payment could not.process. kindly pay the bill or refund my amount
