Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — irresponsible behaviour of the line man

My name is ranjith and i reside in mugalivakkam, chennai. I am facing some power issues at my place now and when i contacted our eb office in mugalivakkam, i got a reply saying that there will be a person attending to my issue shortly. I waited for almost two hours and nobody turned up. I tried reaching them again and there was this person who said he cannot individual problem in the late hours. I requested him to atleast visit my place as it might be a minor problem which he could resolve in no time but he refused to come.
If he had told this when i contacted him for the first time i would have looked for alternatives. Now i need to sleep without electricity the whole night. I am totally disappointed by this behaviour of these people. I request the concerned person to take action against these people or atleast advice them to respond in a responsible manner.
Ps the first eb person i contacted was mr. Suresh kumar.
