My service no is[protected]. My name is ga. Jagadeeswarapandian, d. No. 3, ramalinga adigal street, chitlappakkam, kancheepuram first. [protected]. My house meter is not functioning properly for the past two months. I have made complaint in writing to a. E., in person and by regd post and also to the govt. Whats app but no response. For defective meter they put average and charge heavily. Meter is not replaced
