There are 16 flats (4 blocks each) in our flat (Kaveri) two owners are non cooperative. The transformer in our whole appt has gone on repair for the last 5 days the above two owners are not willing to share the cost. How to solve the problem. I have been charged extra rs112 for my eb bill this month i havent used my eb connection much due to my travel so kindly reconsider the bill and check into it
why do we get charged more than minimum fixed charge is it charged for not using or any other reason?
