Sirs, i have paid rs. 890.00 towards my october 2017 bill on 10.10.2017 via cub online netbanking. Amount deducted from my cub a/c on 10.10.2017 itself. E-receipt from tneb is not yet received / generated. Amount paid also not returned to my cub a/c till date as per the authorized cub authorities. Kindly take necessary actions pl.
