Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — not taking action for the electric post broken

Sir 15 days before twoelectric post has broken in the rain fall due to lack of maintanance. I informed to the concern officer for replacing the post. But he didn't take any action. The electric wire fallen int agriculture landand walking area.
