Tneb online bill pay website was down, helpline number was not working, no official mail id, no official twitter account, without proper it infrastructure, how can we acheive digital india, this is 2018 remember.

People are ready for digital economy, but it was passible only by government support, now im going to pay by cash by going to tneb office by stopping all of my work, and to run motorcycle in hot sun, so pathetic situation
