Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — online payment issue

I have paid the fees - rs.590 for the post of direct recruitment-assistant engineers-tangedco through online payment mode.

On checking the payment status it's still in pending state where as the fees has been debited already from my account.

Mode of payment: online

Kindly check and assist on this issue.

I have mailed about this yet no response.
When i tried to call the number mentioned in application they are disconnecting the call.

Please check the app from tneb side if not refund the money
