Dear sir, I am residing in no. 5, 6th main road, vijaya nagar, velachery, chennai-42. I got three phase connection in my house. Out of 3 phase one phase line is not working for the last 2 molnths. Inspite of repeated request over phone to 1912 and e, b. Velachery, there is no response from the office. I kindly request you kindly rectify the defect. My consumer number is[protected], m. My consumer no:[protected]. When I try to make payment on line, the amount due is shown as NIL with the result I am unable to make payment. Pl help me to make payment on line before due date. Thanks
