[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Payment failure in TNEB

I have paid a bill of Rs.500 the money was deducted in airtel payment wallet transaction is successfully completed. But the tneb website bill is not generated and the transaction is failure please refund the amount.

I have a transaction on 13.05.2022 Rs.10830.00
amount not credited to EB portal in till today.

actually i have time out UPI transaction, so amount not credited to EB portal account.
so what i can i do.

Please clear this issue as soon possible
