Through mobile app with net banking i paid eb bill. But not successful. Amount deducted from bank account. Bill also not paid. Still not get refund from tneb. Wheneverpaid through mobile app applicationand through net banking eb bill can'tpaid. Without any useful why this kind o[censored]seless application and process following. Please must confirmed payment will be refundable or not

I am residing at mm nagar, samiyargate,
Here EB office working and trouble shoot
For power shut down is very worst public service, every day power cut happen at night
We feel like living in a hell
Without rain also power cut going more than 3-4 hrs in a day

Why this tneb people is getting salary
For this poor service
We don't know
