I, (Residing at motilal street, first floor, house no.3, t. Nagar, chennai 600017,), would like to inform you that since we were out of station last month (Oct.2018) we could not make payment of eb bill ₹50/- before due date and hence the connection was disconnected. As soon as we returned back we had made payment of eb bill with penalty ₹128/- on 08.11.2018.in order to make payment of eb bills online in future i proceeded to register by submitting details of my service connection no.[protected]. When checked details screen displayed "service connection not live". My frequent contacts to your department personnel are of no avail. My land lord also informed that he had deactivated on line payment already. Please extend necessary help for proceeding further
