Complaint marked as Resolved My name Arif Mohammed my consumer number 07009011417 in January 19 I pay electricity bill 770 rs in Google pay in Indian overseas account bank account..payment failed but mny alredyy debit in my account..but last date Jan 21 2022.again my brother durai Abdul gani pay tamilnadu Electricity board online payment site pay 770 rs ..that one payment success.. now I would like to ask my refund rs 770 amount already I google pay raise dispute still not yet amount refund
Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am Murugan and I have applied new EB connection for home and paid amount (Rs.4568 ) in online .
Since, I wrongly selected Phase details for home in online application (it should be single phase but I selected 3 Phase) it asked to pay Rs.4568 and I paid that.
After that only, I know the it should be single phase and amount should be around Rs.1500
So, again I paid amount around around Rs.1500 and got new EB connection with single Phase.
Wrongly paid Rs.4568 for connection application [protected] on 23/06/21.Please refund Chq./Ref.No-[protected] Narration[protected]/TNEBNHDFC
Is it possible to return the amount back to me which I Wrongly paid Rs.4568.
