Dear sir, Service number :[protected] Consumer Name: Kolappan 23rd August, 2018, I have made TNEB payment through online HDFC bank gateway and got debited of Rs.1882, but in TNEB webite it shows transaction got failed. I made payment through HDFC payment gateway kindly find the payment details at ECOM-TNEB CHENNAI INV838790O[protected]X331 Due date passed.. so I made a another payment through IOB debit card payment… that payment made successfully… But that wrongly debited amount not refund… So I am waiting for refund But not yet…. Really very worst TNEB because total 72 hours is completed but no body is came for resolving.its happen on Broadway vannier street.if we will pay one day late means then TNEB person will take fuse outside.noe nobody is coming for resolving problems
