Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — temporary fix of power line burst not corrected yet

This is karthik from 8, patel street, kodambakkam, chennai. Our house neutral power line had a burst last wednesday evening[protected]. On contacting the ae over phone and going over to office in person, an electrician was sent who has given a temporary fix from the near by lamp post. We have been contacting them since then to permanently fix the fault and remove the dangling wire above which is a huge safety concern. But a proper fix seems very distant. Not sure how to escalate the issue.
