I have recd tangedco bimonthly bill (17/11/18 to 22/1/19) of rs. 5938
. For energy meter reading of zero units. During that time iam out of the house and door is locked. The energy meter is in good working condition. Informed tneb also about the consumer absence during that period, but this bill has been produced with "defective" status. My consumer no. Is [protected].
