Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — to restore power supply

I am residing at 1 udayam nagar extension., barani street, velacherry. Eb personnel came in the morning around 8.45 hrs and disconnected the power supply and went of saying that somebody from eb department will come and switch on the line. No body has come to rectify the issue so far. Kindly look in to this issue and do the needful at the earliest

Meter reading taken but not received in my mail box.

Usually I will receive my bill details in my mail box the very next day meter reading taken.
Meter reading taken on 28 th of this month.
Till now I have not received my bill details.
