Consumer number:[protected] When i went to pay electricity bill online, i'm receiving the error: incorrect / invalid customer account I've entered the correct consumer number, still unable to pay my bill. I also tried to pay through paytm, still i'm not able to pay Please help in resolving this error and enable my account to pay online. Tool last billing cycle(Nov 2018) I was able to make online payment for consumer number [protected]. All of a sudden I dont see my bill detail listed for the consumer number and when I try to add it back it says invalid consumer number
