i still haven't recieved my second year marksheet written on june 2017.
there is no proper response in the university.
i have written more letters to the university still there is no response.
i need my marksheet its been one year.

I'm calling since 3 days continuously on working hours to Controller of Examinations number[protected] but no one is answering call and its busy all the time with sometime issues to reach also.

Not at all responsive.
