Dear sir,

We are humiliated by the conductor and mentally harassed. The same as been escalated to gm from villupuram (Mr. Titus) but we do not see any action taken against this.

Please refer attached ticket, we were three passengers (Ladies and kids) travelled from vellore to kuduvampoondi on 29-may-2017 time 13:05:24. We were supposed to pay rs.135 for three tickets. However the conductor charged us rs.430.

When we started asking question to the conductor why did he charged extra he was not bothered to answer us in proper way. After multiple question at last he told the remaining charge is for a luggage we accepted and ask him to give us the ticket. But he denied and said i have given ticket to the driver for a luggage. We asked again you are supposed to give a ticket for us not to the driver. Even though he did not responded properly and said that you give a complaint wherever you want to give.

This is to bring it to your kind notice and take a necessary action against him. Hope you will give us the response at the earliest.

    Conductor of bus no tn21 n 1581 tat starts at 10.13 am from kalpakkam, behave harshly and disaggrees to give ticket to walajapet. I took bus from kalpakkam and asked for walajapet. But he gives ticket to walajabad. And @ walajabad he denise to give ticket to walajapet toll gate. And even when i asked ticket to kaverpakkam he told to get down at kancheepuram since bus will stop in kpm for 10 mins. So i need proper confirmation whether thus bus has stage for walajapet.

    If this bus has stage then, proper action has to be taken on the conductor for not giving walajapet stage.(even when I am ready to get down in walajapet toll gate)

      I have booked ticket to karaikudi today 03/06/2017 8:30pm. Now the time is 2am next day. But still bus didn't come. And waiting for it for the past 6 hours. No response from Perungalathur bus management. No response from time keeper. I have called to koyembedu bus stand and they also not responded properly I'm 60 yrs old. Going to raise the consumer case.

          I travelled in the morning5.45am on june3rd where driver showed his worst attidue. I jusy hold my luggage in the front seat to the driver and sit in the single seat as i have my child in my hand.. Also told driver that i move to the other seat once bus stopped on any stop but he compelled me to move when the bus was running. Even after i reminded him that when next comes then i move as i have child in my hand he suddenly stops the vehicle in the middle amd told me to go back.. Even there was no crowd in the bus almost many seats are vacant. He started bad gestures and turn off the bus to push me back..             I am travelled from Bangalore to Thiruvanamalai, driver was rude and not allowed people for their emergency too, he told will put in hotel, but passenger went for bathroom in krishnargi, for the request to stop few seconds till his father back, he is scolding with bad words without any hesitation.

            After krishnagri he stopped the bus in one road side stall for some benefits, their no proper toilet, passenger are asked go roadside, particularly ladies passengers suffered a lot .

            Kindly take this concern seriously, train driver and conductor to handle good customer service and also obligate them to them stop bus for passenger benefits not for their own.

              Dear sir, i'm t. Madhu, travelled in tnstc 201bus from tirupathi to puttur on 1-6-17 midnight. I reached puttur and i asked to stop in common&general bustop i. E, apsrtc busstand, driver said i don't to stop there&only one stopping in puttur i. E, govt hospital, driver said you have to get-out from the bus at govt hospital, i requested him, they don't have courtesy and talking roughly&wolgurely upon me... Please take an action on driver... Tn 23 2166..& i attached a photo of the bus ticket.

                I am nandhakumar from tiruchengode namakkal district. My father still going to chennai from salem by one tnstc bus, bus no tn 32 n 3694. Conductor and driver of that bus could not stop the bus for passenger's food. My father asked to driver please stop the bus for night dinner, because i am a sugar patient, but the driver said rudely give the order from govt. For stop the bus. I want immediate response for this rowdism.

                  I was traveling in a car and returning to valparai town from korangmudi, it was a short forest road. Suddenly i found a bus with high speed and covering the full road, there was no room for us to even stop the car. The driver was using his phone while driving. He didn't even stop the bus. He was casual about this issue. There is a deep steep and i escaped in a fraction.in no time i would have met in an accident and it would be a huge loss for me.

                    Today i am travelling from ramanathapuram to mana madurai in government bus.. The bus conductor angry to one passenger.. Because a poor passenger have a bus pass but a bus pass. Was little old... So the conductor angry about the poor passenger.. I am not accept the bus pass.. And sold the passenger.. So plz take action.. The bus root is rameswaram to madurai...

                    So I kindly request that government to put the bus arriving and destination timing details on the board list.
                    Boarded thiruvannamalai bus from perungalathur...took ticket for naatarmagalam cost 68 rupees but conductor asked me 70 rupees...put luggage for unnecessary without ticket of rupees 35...vehicle no.TN.32 N3475 on 31 may 2017 at 4.00 clock from perungalathur...fighted with many passenger and they are helpless...conductor simply said to everyone do whatever u can...

                      Dear concern,

                      I have booked the ticket in online for my travel from Chennai to Aruppukottai for 27th May 2017 for ultra deluxe but when I saw the bus I was stuck because bus is in that condition the attachment for your reference.

                      Secondly I have booked through online where seat alignment and dimensions were different and in the bus it was different when I ask to driver or conductor they were not answered me properly. This journey make me so uncomfortable.

                      I need remedy explanation for this.

                        Hi team,

                        I travelled in bus no tn - 28, n -2381 on 26/05/2017. I boarded bus in hosur @ 11.30 p. M and reached panruti @ 6.20 a. M which is 2 hours delay. Driver was sleepy and passengers felt 3 near accidents. Conductor did not give balance to 5 persons in bus and asking them to get the amount when they travel in same bus next time. Pls take necessary action.

                        We board Theni at 1.15 p.m. on 21.5.17 at Theni in the bus plying to T.Subbulauram but driver refused to ply to TSP but up to Aundipatti. Necessary action to be taken against defaulters
                        I booked Chennai to tiruchendur but the conductor drooped at tuticorin and he changed to another bus in that bus there was no seats I am and my elder people standing over in bus up-to tiruchendur total 47 kms so Pls Pls take action and Pls refund my amount up-to 47 kms

                          I would like to know on what basis air conditioned Volvo bus service was stopped from Chennai to vellore and back.
                          There are so many people who travel to between these places on a regular basis. Chennai needless to say has a number of top universities and colleges and vellore prides itself in having two world renowned colleges. There is hence a constant commutation of students between these places.
                          I hope that you will look into this and give me a response. I hope that air conditioned buses will be restored.

                          Bus number TN 32-/N 4069 - Chennai to Chidambaram route .
                          Driver and conductor along with one more non duty staff abused a co passanger (accompanied with lady passanger ) with bad words . For those passengers who supported the passengers since he is innocent are also abused by those staff . Even me is abused due to asking for the returning the word back .

                          In Vandavasi, the checking inspector doesn't give the proper response about bus details on May 24, 2017.

                          So I kindly request that government to put the bus arriving and destination timing details on the board list.

                            Thirumangalam to mattuthavani via airport bus stop mandella nagar during the night hours 12am to 6am till no government bus cannot go that side so many passenger waiting to go mandela nagar all buses go periyar way thirumangalam to mattuthavani. Am sorry to ask one question in wat purpose morning hours all buses come mattuthavani to thirumangalam via airport mandela nagar bus stop wait to pick the passenger night time y u cannot do this... So many passenger like small kids, aged ladies, gents, disabled person are waiting so many hours wait in thirumangalam. So we all r need a immediate action to solve this problem otherwise once again sorry to don't pick the passenger morning hours also we all are not plan to mandela nagar stop. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks for reading we all believe u sir...

                            Erode and Salem buses started from gandhipuram should not pick Avinashi tickets Ian waiting till one hour nobuses to pick. Afterthat I will go by tirupurbus.if erode and salem bus not came to Avinashi. Sir plz rectify this problem otherwise I will goto consumer court.

                              Bus time: 10.30pm

                              I am a frequent traveler from erode to bangalore. I forgot to book the ticket to the above mentioned bus on 21/05/2017. The same day night, i approached to the bus conductor and he said 4 tickets are available and he gave ticket for rs.175 and he asked rs.200 for this.
                              I told the conductor the ticket amount is 175 why you are asking 25 extra. He said, in case if you are booked the ticket through online you have to spend 220 so give me 200.
                              Please take a necessary action.

                              Also the same conductor is not allowing the passengers to travel with e-ticket (Paper less). The e-ticket purpose is to save the trees and reduce the paper based document. But tnstc conductor are not at all allowing the passengers to travel with e-ticket.

                              Please take the necessary action.

                                Booked a ticket from bangalore to trichy for journey on 20th may 2017, 9:30 am, having boarding point at madiwala police station. I received only mail saying seat no.3 and seat no.4 are booked. I reached boarding point 15 minutes before (At 9:15 am). No message to mobile is received regarding ticket booking, regarding bus number and no one called me (Driver or conductor) at the boarding point.

                                I called the tnstc customer care number 100 times. 50 times it was not connecting saying voice message as busy. 50 times it rang and no one picked up. I tried so many numbers on the tnstc website, no one has picked (It is better to remove the stupid tnstc website).

                                Conductor or driver should have minimum common sense to call after reaching the boarding point, or tnstc should have minimum common sense to send ticket details like bus number to mobile number. There are so many id-numbers on the e-ticket sent to mail. I checked each and every bus whether any of the number on e-ticket matches with bus number. Nothing matched. I waited for 3-hours and my entire trip got disturbed because o[censored]seless stupid tnstc.

                                I want my rs.776/- back which was deducted for ticket booking. If the driver or conductor forget to call, tnstc should arrange that money from conductors pocket.

                                Otherwise i will file a case against tnstc for robbing my money and not providing bus facility.

                                  I was beaten up by the conductor and driver of no 157 (Kanchipuram - Kalpakkam) registration number TN-21 N 1581 at Chengalpattu today at 8:40 AM.
                                  I was having a small box of mangos which the conductor refused to let in. I ignored him and started boarding the bus. I was man handled by the conductor, he tried hard to push me out. I resisted holding to the bus tightly. He stated beating, while a couple of passengers joined him.
                                  Left with no option I started to get down where I met the driver. He dragged me out of the bus and slapped again and again. tore my bag, shirt and damaged my luggage.

                                    Myself raj &we are frequent travellers from vellore to bangalore until electronic city or hukur gate.. Half of the bus conductor charges 135 rest half of them are charging 156, when they issue the ticket it says from vellore to bangalore not mentioning the exact location. This happens vice versa (If we travel from electornic city to vellore few charges 135 most of them are asking to pay 156 which should not be the case.

                                    Just because conductor need to show the collection amount huge for his incentives we cannot be over charged on this. You may reach out to me in [protected] / [protected]

                                      I had booked online booking from Chennai CMBT to Hosur to travel on 14.05.2017 @ 23:30 pm. My PNR number is Y20382425. I had been waiting from 10:30 pm onwards. No bus reached with bus no. 303Q. When enquired with Counter, the booked bus not came and told that all passengers are diverted to other bus and bus left around 10:45 pm as per the time keeper. How can the bus left without any information to passenger? even we submitted our contact number. Very poor response i had today. I need reimbursement of my money. I took private bus for my journey. Need reimbursement to my account. Otherwise i file case against TNSTC. Ramesh.
