Booked a ticket from bangalore to trichy for journey on 20th may 2017, 9:30 am, having boarding point at madiwala
police station. I received only mail saying seat no.3 and seat no.4 are booked. I reached boarding point 15 minutes before (At 9:15 am). No message to mobile is received regarding ticket booking, regarding bus number and no one called me (Driver or conductor) at the boarding point.
I called the
tnstc customer care number 100 times. 50 times it was not connecting saying voice message as busy. 50 times it rang and no one picked up. I tried so many numbers on the
tnstc website, no one has picked (It is better to remove the stupid
tnstc website).
Conductor or driver should have minimum common sense to call after reaching the boarding point, or
tnstc should have minimum common sense to send ticket details like bus number to mobile number. There are so many id-numbers on the e-ticket sent to mail. I checked each and every bus whether any of the number on e-ticket matches with bus number. Nothing matched. I waited for 3-hours and my entire trip got disturbed because o[censored]seless stupid
tnstc.
I want my rs.776/- back which was deducted for ticket booking. If the driver or conductor forget to call,
tnstc should arrange that money from conductors pocket.
Otherwise i will file a case against
tnstc for robbing my money and not providing bus facility.
