Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — complaining about not giving priority to less travelling distance passengers

Sir i want to go to Sriperambudur byepass, all those bus which goes to arcot also crosses the Sriperambudur byepass, but all those drivers, conductors and hogher authority persons also dont permit us to avail those buses as they say that these buses wont go there and refuse us to stay away and use other comodity buses like kancheepuram etc, i dont know why they are not giving us proper recognization to us and criticising us, please take necessary action against those concern people sir
