Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — for not issuing a ticket for a visually challenged person

I am sathish kumar from karugud, musiri, trichy. I have gone to board a bus in thuraiyur to go to chennai on[protected] at around 8 : 30pm. I have requested a ticket to chennai to more than four bus conductors on that time. Though the vacancies are available, they were given a ticket because i had concession pass. But they are issuing tickets for normal persons.
So, i request you to kindly consider this matter and take necessary step to give bus tickets for persons like me.

Sir my clg is located at maduravayal my house is collector nagar so I will go clg with the help of koratur to maduravayal erimalai bus but my clg ending time is 1.10 after 1oclock no mini bus is there so kindly help me to send buses with the 30 minutes gap plz take this complaint immediately
