Route from kulithalai to covai.
Date april 8.
The conductor in the bus is using bad words to the passenger... That too he was a old man. The passenger didn't get down in his stop he delayed to get down bcos the bus was rush. He asked the conductor to stop the bus for that the conductor started using bad words... Please take some action sir.. And i am doing my law...
Still i believe in law that's y i am raising complaining...

On[protected] I had booked a ticket from Srirangam to chennai. Amount Rs.375.00 got debited from my account but the ticket not been generated.So refund the amount as soon as possible.

Lack of buses in Sankarnagar, Tirunelveli to New bus stand, Tirunelveli in the morning specifically 8:00am to 8:30am.Peak hours..Buses comming from the nagercoil, kovilpatti..are fully occupied.The passengers have to board in steps.kindly take immediate action
