Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Issue with Ticket

I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Kumbakonam for 4 adults. Journey date: 19/04/2024 10:30 AM Issue 1: I could see the journey date as 20/04/2024 and the passenger pick up time is 19/04/2024 10:30 hours. Issue 2: I can see the Service start place as Chennai-PT DR.MGR BS and service end place as Kumbakonam. but the passenger start place as Kumbakonam and passenger end place as Chennai. But the Pick up point is Chennai. We went to the Chennai-PT DR.MGR BS by 10 AM and checked with bus conductor by my booking was not on the list. I tried to cancel the ticket but the amount is not refundable since the journey has already started. There are lot of issues with the ticket. Kindly do the needful.
