Dear sir,
My father worked as a conductor in tnstc thanjavur branch till 2007. After he retired was receiving pension till the time he was alive. He was passed away on july 2017. Then we were inform the head office to transfer the pension scheme to my mother bank account as per the law. Till sep2017 she received in my father account after that from april 2018 start receiving in her account. Now from october 2017 to march 2018 for six months the pension amount has been hold by the head office. Now i am requesting you to kindly check and do the needful to credit whatever money balance to credit on my account. Looking forward to hearing from you.
