Dear sir/madam I cancelled the following tickets online on 28-mar-2020 but have not received any refund against the cancellation. 1. Pnr: t30943426, cmbt to nagercoil, date of journey 10-apr-20 2. Pnr: t30945374, nagercoil to cmbdate of journey 12-apr-2020 I sent a mail with above details on 4th april, 2020 to [protected]@tnstc.in and also a reminder on 6th april, 2020 but absolutely no response to the mails.
