Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — the quality of product

I'm traveling from salem to bengaluru @14:00hrs water was spraying from the window glass while raining evn the glass shut from some the windows. When asked about this to conductor he replied that it was just rectified by new beedings as per my knowledge it is old part. It is so irritating the water was spraying continues for 1hr to 1 n half hr. Politely asked for change of seat but unluckily all the seats were filled. Pls do the needful n rectify it i'm sharing the ticket details of same

Sir, im booking tirunelveli to pollachi dt 4.12.2017 time 9.55 pm bus boarding in sankar nagar route no 626UD BUS ID NO E-2649 seat no 9 im waiting for 9.30 to 11.15pm ...The driver and conductor has not pickup..
