[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — not picking the call for complaint

Im from kolathur chennai. Power was disconnected by EB every day after 10pm. When ever we call to our kolathur EB it was engaged. After calling to 30th time they pick the call. Why it was happining? Its any is speaking? No there is manual setting like that. Our EB no is [protected]
