Tangedco — e-payment

My customer number is[protected] and i have paid bill of rs.2308 vide transaction number [protected] and receipt number pgdcan 1071405 on 09/09/17, where as you sent a message and email stating my payment rolled back and to pay the bill amount to avoid disconnection. I have paid again on 11/09/17 vide transaction number [protected] but the amount which i have paid on 09/09/17 is not returned. Please do the needful, as it is going to be one month. Reply soon.

My service number is [protected]. I made online payment of Rs.2836.Due to improper transaction, I once again made the online payment. My account number was debited double times.As the amount is huge kindly refund me the amount.
