Tanishq — disappointing customer service | |
This complaint is regarding Tanishq jwellers bund garden branch pune. Today on the ocassion of Akshay Tritiya. We planned of buying jwellery from tanishq for the first time only. As we were asked about what we need to buy, we answered earrings n they asked us to wait for 5 minutes. Even though waiting for 15 20 minutes, we were not attended properly, not even asked for water. And that branch was not that much crowded because already 4-5 people o[censored]rs were standing n chit chating. Compared to other jwellers in pune we never faced such a bad experience, they provide very good or today i can say excellent customer service, where tanishq is not even in comparison with them. This is so disappointing, while we were leaving no one even asked took efforts to ask why we people are leaving without buying anything, no one showed us anything. This is so ridiculous. Me myself will never visit tanishq again nor will I recommend tanishq henceforth. If you have read this complaint please acknowledge And improve your customer services.
