Dear sir, I enrolled my self with Golden Harvest Scheme of Tanishq on 06/04/2019 and maturity date of this scheme was 06/02/2020. As we all know that because of COVID -19 situation it is not possible to go for shopping. Therefore I requested them to kindly pay back my fifty thousand with gift voucher as proposed by them as I would purchase gold as and when the situation became favourable. All details regarding the account of GHS along with cancelled cheque and Aadhar card no. were given to Tanishq Dehrdaun on 30th may 2020 by requesting them to pay back my Rs 50, 000. After getting in touch with Tanishq store at Dehrdaun many times I have not received any money till now. I am a premium customer of Tanishq. You can check my account with Tanishq ( my mobile no. [protected]) and can see my shopping done with Tanishq stores since four years. My requests have been falling on deaf ears since a long time and I am in urgent need of money.
