Hi,
I have opened a Golden harvest account, On 8 of Oct 2021 I had payment my monthly instalment of 10000 the amount was debited but was not reflecting, Upon enquiring they told it will be refunded in 15 days to my account and asked me to do a second time payment of the same which was successful.
For the last 2 months even after sending numerous calls and emails, I am yet to get a proper response with each customer care representive telling a different reason.
I have enquired with the Bank and they have clearly mentioned that there is no issue with the bank and the amount has been deposited in tanishq account which has also been conveyed to the customer care .
The most frustrating thing in this is they will tell that the senior team will get back in 24 t0 48 hrs but even after a week there wont be any reply or call.
As a customer I am deeply disappointed .
