Tanishq — Irresponsible Management and Worst possible experience with Tanishq | |||
This is regarding Ticket Number : TKT-[protected] I had a TGH account with Tanishq ( # A/C No :[protected] As closure proceeds of the account, there was an option to choose between a Gift certificate with specific Validity or opt for a Refund. Without my consent, I was given a Gift Certificate, where as I was preferring to opt for a refund. When I contacted contacted by Customer Care regarding the same, I was told to send an email, and I sent an email with all details on April 21st . There was a ticket created for the same, and I was asked to submit the documents. I submitted all the required documents required atleast thrice. Till date, I have not been provided with the refund of the amount that I paid for Tanishq Gold Harvest Scheme, I have done endless follow-ups on the refund, I had not received any kind of communication as when Refund will be provided. It is highly disappointing and disheartening for a brand like Tanishq behaving in such an irresponsible way, and too after being a loyal customer of Tanishq for more than 15 years.
