I had recently planned to purchase a diamond bangle from your new jewellery store opend in chandkheda, i was been mentally harassed, as the store manager madhuri’s attitude was not at all professional, i had to go to the store twice just for the billing due to their technical issues and after that she took the payment now and finalised the priority order bt after 5 days she called and again asked for some amount to be paid, and was not at all empethatic this attitude is just not right for customer service the customer has to go through so much of trouble just for the order, rubbish attitude, and i will never ever purchase from tanisq ever again, if this issue is not resolved
